Payment
- € 150 deposit at time of booking approval;
- Final payment 30 days before arrival.
- No credit cards accepted.
- Paypal payments are possible.
Refund
- 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled less then 30 days before arrival. 100% no-show fee.
- The deposit, minus any costs, will be refunded to your account within 14 days after departure.
No extra costs: Reservation costs, cleaning, heating, electricity, water, tourist taxes, towels and bedding are included in the rent. Reasonable use of energy is also included. Excessive use will be charged. The owner reserves the right to change rental prices at any time, except for reservations that have already been confirmed.
